We are seeking a Senior Diving Inspection Specialist to join the Marine Offshore Support Division of RT / WR Marine Operations Department.

The Marine Offshore Support Division is responsible for providing offshore support assets, and subsea inspection, repair, maintenance and construction services to Company offshore concession areas.
Your primary role is to ensure the safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance during all subsea inspections, repairs and maintenance operations being undertaken on offshore installations such as oil and gas platforms, subsea pipelines hardware, cables and terminals.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Conduct safety Inspections for diving vessels and diving equipment.
- Conduct on hire inspections and audits for diving vessels and diving equipment.
- Perform the role of the company diving representative offshore.
- Review quality control and approve Contractor Divers CVs as per contract stipulations.
- Work closely with Contractor diving supervisors to ensure the safe completion of all diving projects.
- Produce documents for the sharing of Safety Information, such as safety flyers and lessons learnt.
- Provide Safety Presentations as necessary.
- Perform the role of the Marine focal Point for Diving Incident Reporting and Investigations
- Identify and take remedial action in areas where safety can be improved.

Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold valid Offshore Diving Qualification HSE Part 1 or IMCA Equivalent, IMCA Diving Supervisor Certification and HSE Certification to work in the offshore environment.
You will have at least (20) twenty years’ experience in offshore commercial diving industry, including at least (5) five years as a IMCA Saturation Diving Supervisor.
- Have a valid Offshore Diving Medical and Basic First Aid Certificates recognized by IMCA.
- Possess excellent oral and written English language skills as well as being computer literate.
- IMCA Surface Deployed Air and Saturation DESIGN course completion.
- Log book of audits is also necessary.
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or hold an HSE Certificate of a similar standard to the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is preferred.
- You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of subsea risk assessment, work permit system, tool box talks, Job Safety Analyses and Subsea Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis Programs
- Technical background reference for all diving equipment is preferred.
