Senior Document Controller
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to join a leading Tier 1 main contractors.
One a major project based in Mayfair, London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established construction team delivering high-profile projects in Central London (Asite). The second opportunity is within the City of London (Procore),
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company and project procedures Administer and maintain the respective project EDMS (Asite or Procore) system Ensure accurate document control, distribution, and filing of drawings, reports, and project documentation Monitor document workflows, approvals, and revisions Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure documentation is issued and tracked correctly Maintain document registers and ensure compliance with project standards Support the wider project team with information management processes

Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Document Controller within the construction or built environment sector Strong working knowledge of Asite or Procore EDMS is essential and will dictate which company you are best suited to. Experience working with main contractors on construction projects Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple document workflows in a fast-paced project environment Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams
