Join us as a Senior Document Controller in Aberdeen As a Senior Document Controller you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient document control and information management within our Atlantic region. Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Project Technical Managers within the region. You will use different systems such as ProArc and Unisea, as well as providing training for new users in these. You will be required to analyse the client’s requirements to execute the project and organize activities in line with project administrative requirements will also be an important part of your job. You will define specific instructions to Engineering Disciplines and other participants regarding the documentation to be supplied to the Client and the documentation to be obtained from Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors. The Company's main operation centres and business units are located in Norway, the UK, the USA, Singapore, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, Angola, and Australia. Relevant university degree in business administration or similar (experience can compensate for lack of formally proven competence) Relevant experience handling documentation for subsea or energy industry projects Proficient in ProArc or similar and Microsoft Packages - Word/Excel/PowerPoint Proactive approach to working in a team and project environment Flexibility to provide support to various stakeholders in the project environment At DOF, we believe in providing our employees with a supportive and enriching work environment.
