Team Overview The Document Control department ensures the efficient management, organisation, and distribution of all project-related documentation. This team maintains version control, tracks approvals, and ensures that the latest documents are readily accessible to all stakeholders across the project lifecycle. By upholding strict document management protocols, the department supports compliance, enhances collaboration, and helps maintain consistency and accuracy across all project communications.
Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Document Controller to support our growing portfolio of offsite projects. As an M&E contractor acting as the Principal Contractor, we require someone who can efficiently manage document control processes across all stages of the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for overseeing document platforms such as Viewpoint for Projects and Field View, while providing key administrative support to design, operations, HSE, and commercial teams.

What You'll be Doing
Provide comprehensive document management and administrative support across multiple live projects by maintaining the Viewpoint for Projects system and ensuring all documentation—including drawings, specifications, RAMS, and commissioning files—is accurately uploaded, version controlled, and easily accessible. Oversee document review and approval processes to ensure timely client sign-off, while maintaining detailed logs and trackers for full traceability. Support Field View setup and usage for site teams, assist with completing and uploading records, attend meetings to produce and distribute accurate minutes with action tracking, and deliver general administrative support across design, operations, HSE, and commercial teams, including preparing reports, schedules, presentations, and collating handover and O&M documentation.
