About the Role
I am currently partnering with a mission-led, fast-growing food & drink brand that has built a loyal consumer following through a commitment to organic, sustainable products. With an established DTC channel and a growing Amazon presence, they are now looking to scale both meaningfully and efficiently.
They are looking for a commercially sharp Senior Ecommerce/ DTC Manager to take full ownership of their direct-to-consumer and Amazon Seller channels, someone who can build the strategy, execute the plan, manage their digital performance and Amazon agencies, and drive continuous performance improvement across both.
The Mission
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will have full accountability for revenue, profitability and efficiency across DTC and Amazon. This is a high-autonomy role in a growing SME where you will be expected to operate with the mindset of a channel owner, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Core Responsibilities
- DTC Ownership: Build and execute the DTC trading plan across pricing, promotions and paid acquisition, with full accountability for revenue, profitability and MER targets.
- Amazon Seller: Own the Amazon Seller account end-to-end, managing performance, listings, pricing, stock availability and agency relationships to drive growth and margin improvement.
- Performance Marketing: Plan and optimise paid acquisition across DTC and marketplaces, with a sharp focus on ROAS, CPA and contribution margin.
- Website Optimisation: Drive CRO, customer journey improvements and AOV and retention initiatives to maximise on-site performance.
- Reporting & Insight: Build clear performance reporting and translate data into actionable decisions that drive continuous improvement.
- Brand Launches: Support the scaling of additional brands into DTC, bringing structure and commercial rigour to new channel development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
