Senior Dynamics 365 Developer
Location: South Wales (Hybrid 3 days per week)
Contract: Permanent with Temp to Perm available if needed
About the Opportunity
IntaPeople are working with a well-established organisation undergoing significant investment in its digital platforms and customer systems. As part of their continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to play a key role in the evolution of their Microsoft ecosystem.
This is a hands-on senior development position where you'll be responsible for enhancing and extending Dynamics 365 solutions, integrating business-critical systems, and helping shape the future technical architecture. You'll also provide guidance to other developers and contribute to development standards and best practices.
We are also very much open to speaking with interim/contractors who would be open to a potential temp to perm contract.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development (5+ years)
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Commercial experience with Azure cloud technologies.
- 5+ years Development experience using: C#,.NET / ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML & CSS and SQL Server
- Experience building APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of source control and DevOps tooling.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience across one or more of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Marketing

The Role
As a Senior Developer, you'll work across Dynamics 365, Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform, developing scalable solutions that support business operations and customer engagement.
You'll be involved in CRM customisation, systems integration, API development, cloud-based services, and modern web application development.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 Development
- Design, develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Build custom plugins, workflows, business processes and integrations.
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Create and optimise data management and reporting solutions.
Azure & Power Platform
- Leverage Azure services including Functions, App Services and SQL technologies.
- Develop solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Support cloud-based application deployments and infrastructure.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technology roadmaps.
Software Development
- Build and maintain web applications and APIs.
- Develop RESTful services and integration layers.
- Work with modern development methodologies and CI/CD processes.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and high-performing.
Leadership & Mentoring

- Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Conduct code reviews and promote development best practice.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and technical leadership.
- Report into the VP of Engineering
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Azure certifications.
- Experience with containerisation and modern DevOps practices.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale CRM implementations.

Role/benefits at a glance:
- Senior MS Dynamics Developer
- Salary £75,000 - £82,000 depending on experience
- Location: South Wales Bridgend | Hybrid – the team work onsite 3 days per week
