Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimisation of solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. This critical role drives robust, scalable, and secure solutions, enabling business transformation and supporting our digital strategy.
You will exchange technical leadership, champion best-practice delivery, and ensure governance and quality standards are maintained. Working with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, you’ll align solutions with strategic objectives and high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse

Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from:
- Requirements gathering
- Architectural design
- Deployment
- Ongoing operational support

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (standard/custom connectors) using approved best-practice integration patterns

Requirements
Your Experience & Skills
You should have:
✅ Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions using:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Dynamics 365
✅ Relevant Microsoft certifications to complement your expertise
✅ Deep technical expertise across:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- Dynamics 365
✅ Proven track record in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions, from:
- Discovery & design
- Through to deployment & operational support
✅ Strong knowledge of modern integration approaches, including:
- APIs
- Standard/custom connectors
- Secure, scalable integration patterns
✅ Advanced understanding of:
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Environment strategy
- CI/CD pipelines
- Version control
- DevOps best practices
✅ Solid grasp of:
- Data governance
- Data modelling
- Security best practices
✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to:
- Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
✅ Experience in agile delivery, fostering:
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Adoption of emerging tools such as AI automation and Microsoft Copilot
