About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior eCommerce professional who possesses a strong drive for results and has a passion for customer success.
Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will be the primary point of contact for high value clients, to manage, develop & enhance client relationships with key accounts.
- You will lead account managers as a senior member of the eCommerce Acceleration team. You will guide and support your direct reports with best practices, process improvements and excellence in execution on behalf of their clients.
- You will develop an understanding of client strategy, key stakeholders involved & identify new opportunities within key accounts aligned with client & internal goals.
- You will oversee day-to-day activities & working with account managers to ensure successful execution of client’s marketplace and D2C objectives.
- You will provide insightful input to your manager and the Senior Leadership Team to aid in strategic decision making.
- You’ll successfully prioritise the needs of multiple clients in a manner that balances their needs and internal priorities.
- You will ensure that sales targets are met across your accounts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to drive performance and report on any issues that may impact overall sales performance.
- You’ll support eCommerce Acceleration Managers in owning the full end-to-end eCommerce Process for key accounts – Managing of Marketplace & D2C Content & Pricing, Order Processing, Inventory Management and Customer Service.
- You will manage & collaborate with eCommerce Operations & Marketing teams to ensure the successful & efficient delivery of promotional campaigns & new product launches.
- You will work closely with internal teams to facilitate cross learning’s between other eCommerce Acceleration Managers & Executives.
- You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Role
- You will have a minimum 5 years of Account Management at a senior level with strong industry experience
- Excellent leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
- You will have achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Sciences
- You are a highly motivated & ambitious individual with a desire to do what it takes to succeed in this role
- You will have the ability to operate at a strategic level, yet remain close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
- You have strong attention to detail & ability to manage & prioritise multiple client requirements
- You have the ability to effectively delegate tasks to the internal teams & manage client expectations
- You possess & can demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You have strong analytical skill set & ability to effectively evaluate data and generate insightful output - MS Office skills are essential
