About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager/eCommerce Professional who thrives on results and is deeply committed to customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, managing and enhancing relationships with key accounts.
- Lead account managers as a senior member of the eCommerce Acceleration Team, guiding them with best practices and execution excellence.
- Develop deep understanding of client strategies, key stakeholders, and opportunities aligned with both internal and client goals.
Project & Performance Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring ** marketplace and D2C objectives** are achieved.
- Prioritise client needs alongside internal priorities, balancing business goals for optimal impact.
- Monitor sales performance across accounts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to drive revenue.
- Report on any issues that may impact overall sales performance.

End-to-End eCommerce Leadership
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Operations & Marketing teams to deliver promotional campaigns and new product launches effectively.
- Own and manage the full eCommerce process for key accounts, including:
- Marketplace & D2C content & pricing
- Order processing
- Inventory management
- Customer service
Strategy & Collaboration
- Provide insightful input to both the leadership team and senior managers to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate cross-learning across executives and eCommerce Acceleration Managers.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level account management experience with proven industry expertise.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, strong oral and written communication, and polished presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sciences (or equivalent).
- A highly motivated, ambitious individual with a strong drive to succeed and deliver results.
- Capacity to operate at a strategic level while remaining intimately knowledgeable about operational details.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage multiple client requirements effectively.
- Strong ability to delegate tasks, manage client expectations, and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Exceptional communication skills—both personal and professional.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data evaluation and insightful reporting (essential MS Office skills).

Desirable Experience
- Hands-on experience selling on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
- D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) eCommerce experience.
- Amazon Vendor Management expertise.
- Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Services.
