Hybrid-Remote Role - 3 days a week office - London based
We're a Global TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), built by early TikTok Shop team members, managing high-growth beauty and FMCG brands across the UK, US, and EU. Full-service across shop management, affiliate, and content (LIVE + short video).

What you'll do
- Own £2m+ accounts end-to-end, across strategy, P&L, and senior client relationships
- Run and scale TikTok Shop revenue across content, affiliate, paid, and on-platform levers
- Identify and unlock upsell and growth opportunities
- Mentor and line-manage 1–3 junior team members
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in eCommerce, trade/commercial, digital marketing, or agency-side client management
- Proven track record managing high-value accounts
- Strong commercial understanding of P&L, ROAS, CAC, and attribution
- TikTok Shop experience not required, but social commerce or beauty/FMCG background welcome
- Bonus: fluency in German, Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin
