Senior Ecommerce Executive

Head of Global Ecommerce (£to £40,000)

Salary – to £40,000

You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our global ecommerce sites. This is a hands-on role that requires you to trade the websites, analyse metrics, and implement data-driven actions to grow conversion rates and revenue. You’ll oversee the sites daily with mixed support from a part-time assistant handling merchandising, copy, and images, while ensuring overall site performance with a broader team for the big-picture strategy.

This role centres on two key priorities: SEO and CRO. You must have a strong understanding of both—owning both onsite and technical SEO initiatives, and driving continuous testing and optimisation to boost conversion rates and meet our direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales targets.

This is a brand store, where the site needs to educate and inspire as much as it sells. It should showcase the products and the brand’s core thinking. Experience in brand-led ecommerce and strong storytelling instincts will be key to success here.

What You’ll Do

Trading & Merchandising

  • Run the day-to-day activities of our global Shopify Plus websites, including:
    • Range planning
    • Product launches
    • Category building
    • Product uploads
    • Managing product details & scheduling content updates
    • Coordinating promotional activities
  • Oversee onsite merchandising, search and navigation, and implement upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Maintain accurate and visually compelling product information across countries

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
