About The Role

EQ50 DIGITAL is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Logistics Manager to support ecommerce logistics and delivery transformation initiatives across fulfilment, carrier and returns environments.

This role will work closely with clients, operational stakeholders and delivery teams across a range of ecommerce transformation programmes, supporting operational coordination, delivery alignment and programme execution across domestic and international markets.

The role is suited to someone comfortable working across fast-moving ecommerce environments with strong operational understanding and experience supporting complex delivery initiatives.

  • Support fulfilment and delivery transformation programmes
  • Coordinate carrier and operational rollout activities
  • Align operational stakeholders across programme delivery
  • Support delivery governance and operational reporting
  • Contribute to returns and reverse logistics initiatives
  • Coordinate implementation and operational readiness activities
  • Work alongside client teams and external partners
  • Support programme stabilisation and transition activities

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years experience within ecommerce logistics or operational transformation environments
  • Understanding of fulfilment, delivery and returns operations
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple operational workstreams
  • Experience supporting programme or transformation delivery
  • Ability to work independently within remote environments
