Role: Senior Ecommerce Manager

Location: London

Type: Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) plus equity and other benefits

Our client is building the most trusted destination for health and wellness. Backed by leading investors, their supplement line is now stocked in 700+ major high street and grocery stores nationwide.

They're hiring a Senior Ecommerce Manager to own the commercial growth of their DTC channels. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role at the centre of the revenue engine - working directly with the founding team.

Before you apply

The below is mandatory, and we'd rather save you the time if you don't have this skillset or experience:

  • Shopify owned hands-on - not "Shopify-like platforms," you've run the store: trading, merchandising, promotions, the improvement roadmap
  • Paid acquisition owned - channels run yourself (Meta, Google, affiliates) with real budget, or agencies managed against CAC, ROAS and profitability targets
  • UX and CRO improvements you can prove with numbers
  • You know your CAC, ROAS, AOV and LTV and make decisions with them
  • You thrive in founder-led, fast-paced scale-up environments
  • 4+ years brand-side in ecommerce, DTC or consumer brand growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll own

  • Day-to-day trading across Shopify and all ecommerce channels - revenue, margin, profitability
  • The trading calendar - launches, promotions and seasonal moments planned ahead, not reacted to
  • Paid acquisition and external growth partners, with every pound working against clear targets
  • The CRO roadmap from traffic to checkout - A/B testing, UX experiments, measurable conversion gains
  • Promotional mechanics - bundles, referrals, discounting - tested and refined to grow revenue without giving away margin
  • CRM and lifecycle end-to-end - email, SMS, subscriptions, loyalty, LTV
  • Weekly and monthly reporting that tells the story behind the numbers, not just the numbers
