Job Title: Senior eCommerce Manager – International
Location: East Sussex | Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in the office – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday preferred)
Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing premium consumer brands, recognised for its commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term customer loyalty. Following significant investment and continued international success, they are expanding their Digital team with a newly created role focused on accelerating growth across key overseas markets. This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of international eCommerce performance while helping shape the next phase of a rapidly scaling business with ambitious global plans.
The Senior eCommerce Manager – International will lead the commercial trading strategy across key international markets, primarily the US and Spain, with additional responsibility for Germany. You'll have the freedom to experiment, optimise, and develop market-specific strategies while working alongside senior leaders across Digital, CRM, Acquisition, Product, and Content. This is a commercially focused role where you'll influence revenue growth, customer experience, and international expansion, with a clear pathway into future leadership as the global eCommerce function grows.

Role Highlights
- Own the commercial performance and trading strategy across international eCommerce markets.
- Develop and execute market-specific trading calendars, campaigns, and product launches.
- Drive localisation initiatives, merchandising improvements, and customer experience optimisation across multiple territories.
- Analyse trading performance, forecasting opportunities to increase revenue, conversion, and customer retention.
- Mentor an eCommerce Executive while contributing to wider international growth projects including CRO, subscriptions, and digital product development.
You Will Need
- Proven experience within eCommerce trading, digital trading, or international DTC eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of international eCommerce performance metrics, including conversion, AOV, retention, and revenue growth.
- Experience managing merchandising strategies, forecasting, and commercial trading calendars.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with CRM, Acquisition, Content, and Product teams.
- A commercially minded, analytical approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
