Who are we?
We’re a young, ambitious Shopify Growth Service start-up, launched in 2020 and set for significant growth in 2026 and beyond. Our mission is to make e-commerce growth simple for Shopify SMEs through expert performance marketing, creative and strategic services, alongside our proprietary mobile app builder.
Who are you?
We’re looking for a Senior Ecommerce Strategist based in New York to join our fast-growing Account Management team and play a key role in driving growth for our Shopify clients.
You’ll be responsible for the strategic oversight of our biggest accounts, project managing multi-service contracts across performance marketing, owned marketing, and website development, with the goal of scaling performance for high-growth DTC brands. You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis - ensuring every pound and dollar spent delivers maximum impact.
This role is perfect for someone who’s analytical and creative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is obsessed with improving ROI through smart testing, bold ideas, and relentless optimization.
Must-Have Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing the strategic oversight and scaling performance of Shopify stores making over $5m per year
- Experience working within an agency environment managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to project manage multi-service contracts across performance marketing, owned marketing, and website development
- Confident managing $50k+ per month budgets and ensuring every dollar spent delivers maximum impact and measurable improvements in ROI
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization best practices across digital platforms
- Experience using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, platform ad managers, and performance tracking tools to produce clear, insightful reports that connect data to strategic actions
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with Account Managers, Designers, and tech teams
- Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple projects on the go
- Deep familiarity with Shopify and Shopify tools

Bonus If You Have
- Experience running paid campaigns across additional platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube
- Knowledge of product feeds, merchant centers, shopping campaigns, and dynamic ads
- Experience with landing page testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices, or website development workflows
- Relevant Shopify or ecommerce certifications
- Familiarity with Klaviyo and Re-Buy

Some Specifics
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Start Date: 2026
- Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)
- Holiday: Unlimited
- Right to Work: While we hope to sponsor the right people and roles in the future, we are currently not set up to do so. Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK for at least the next 12 months.

Interview Process
We aim to progress quickly and efficiently through 3 interview stages:
- Initial Screening Call - A 30-minute conversation with our Head of Growth to learn more about the company and role, as well as for us to learn about your experience, interests, and career goals
- Competency-Based Interview - A deeper dive into your experience and expertise, coupled with a short task mimicking a potential real life situation. 30-45 minutes
- “Who” & Culture Round - A final chat with our CEO and your potential team members to ensure a good fit for both sides. 60 minutes
