Job Description
At OFFSPRING, we are passionate about delivering the best in sneaker and streetwear culture. As our Senior Trading & Content Coordinator, you will help shape the online customer experience, ensuring our website remains fresh, inspiring, and commercially effective. Working closely with Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams, you will bring launches, campaigns, and brand stories to life while optimising the customer journey and supporting commercial growth.

- Manage website content across homepages, landing pages, navigation, and campaigns.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand stories.
- Optimise product visibility and site merchandising.
- Partner with Digital Marketing on SEO and category growth initiatives.
- Review and improve customer journeys, search, and navigation.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure accuracy and quality.

Supporting Ecommerce Trade & Performance
- Monitor daily trading performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Support promotional planning, execution, and analysis.
- Produce trading and merchandising reports with actionable insights.
- Use analytics tools to understand customer behaviour and site performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Partner with Buying and Merchandising teams to support commercial priorities.

What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience in Ecommerce Trading, Ecommerce Content, or Online Merchandising.
- Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and emerging trends.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence analysing data and making recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
