THE WORK: Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager for Europe
As a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager for Europe on the RippleX team, your role will be pivotal in driving XRP Ledger (XRPL) adoption across Europe’s ecosystem. Your responsibility will revolve around growing real-world usage of tokenized assets—including stablecoin payments, trade finance, collateral management—while fostering strong partnerships with builders, startups, venture capitalists (VCs), and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
You will:
- Execute ecoystem growth initiatives and adapt strategies to European regulatory and market conditions.
- Attract, assess, and support high-quality startups and developers building on XRPL.
- Manage relationships with accelerators, VCs, and fintech service providers, negotiating lucrative partnership agreements that include co-selling arrangements, bulk discounts, and incentive schemes.
- Guide startups from concept to successful mainnet deployment, including launching and reviewing grant applications and supporting focused programmes.
- Build and manage top-of-funnel pipelines through targeted programs, grants, and outreach initiatives.
- Identify and activate growth opportunities such as emerging trends, newly emerging financing channels, and partnerships while aligning this with DevRel, Partner Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing teams.
- Monitor regulatory developments across various European financial markets and transform insights into commodities that shape Ripple’s cross-functional strategies.
- Conduct metrics-driven analyses and continuously optimize strategies to achieve maximum ecosystem impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Ecosystem Development & Partnership Execution
- Develop a reset strategy that aligns with the dynamics of European regulatory and market environments.
- Source, evaluate, and back startups and developers adding meaningful use-cases on the XRPL to accelerate ecosystem growth.
- Build and sustain relationships with key partnerships including accelerators, investing bodies, and fintech providers.
- Develop agreement structures relevant to joint campaigns such as co-selling, bulk discounts, and incentivizing initiatives.

Founder & Developer Support
- Provide guidance from concept to deployment ensuring the busy startup ecosystem’s holographic experimentation on XRPL.
- Meet and assess startups, grants, and program financements based on founder quality, product potential, and ecosystem fit.
- Facilitate introductions, guide programming, and help cultivate portfolio growth by connecting funded teams to appropriate resources and growth initiatives.
Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify lucrative growth channels, seize on emerging market shifts, and collaborate with key dev and engineering partners to plan and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Source insightful metrics and use them to optimize strategies for a strong campaign impact.
- Optimize and adjust strategies based on partnership, return on investment (ROI), and other meaningful ecosystem KPIs.
Strategic Analysis & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Stay ahead of regulatory and policy updates which impact tokenisation and digital asset adoption.
- Use data-based insights to inform cross-functional stakeholders and ensure all potential growth strategies hit target markets.
- Conduct thorough research and offer strategic recommendations to scale and innovate growth initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You'll need a minimum of:
- 8+ Years of experience in venture capital, ecosystem growth management, fintech/TradFi growth operations, or other growth-related domains.
- Proven deal structuring and execution experience, particularly engaging and fostering partnerships and supporting early-stage or strategically significant teams.
- Regional understanding working within Europe’s finances and being conversant with typical regulatory challenges and cultural nuances.
- Growth fluency with metrics optimization funnel methods, retention analytics, and partnership KPIs to maximize success.
- Technical engineering understanding adequate for collaborating with developer teams while conducting feasibility assessments.
- Comprehensive finance markets knowledge on financial instruments and understanding of industry dynamics and government regulations affecting the sector.
- Surfaces of tokenisation trends in fintech and how they intersect within the global financial markets.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, their implementations and key theoretical frameworks as they relate to traditional finance models.
- A clear and influential communication style with experience engaging diverse stakeholders to foster alignment, support strategy adoption, and drive negotiation results.
- Can thrive in ambiguous environments and excel autonomously, leveraging data and stakeholder feedback to independently make strategic decisions.
- Strong capacity for relationship building; experience working with multi-stakeholder networks.
