📌Job Opportunity: Senior Efront Private Markets Business Analyst (UK-based)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Efront Private Markets Business Analyst. This position will give you responsibility for leading critical design and technical activities across our global private markets target operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead platform and data management design: Oversee the end-to-end process design for the eFront platform, ensuring alignment with non-functional requirements, solution architecture, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate across private market teams: Coordinate design activities globally to deliver a cohesive and standardised solution.
- Gather and define requirements: Collect business, regulatory, and technical needs at an international level to inform the project.
- Develop technical tools: Participate in the build phase by creating programs, scripts, and configuration tools.
- Support operations and configuration: Assist in environment management across test and production environments, including configuration changes.
- Effort and schedule forecasting: Provide accurate estimates for project impact on time and resources.
- Process and workflow optimisation: Analyse existing systems and document improved workflows and data flows.
- Quality assurance and testing:
- Develop process-scoped test plans (with test managers).
- Prepare test cases and test data (including cross-domain integration scenarios).
- Support test execution and validate that non-functional requirements are met.

🎓 Essential Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Expertise in private markets investment and operational processes, including deal sourcing, portfolio management, accounting, and reporting.
- Strong experience in private market asset management (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle.
- Excellent working knowledge of the eFront suite, including eFront Investment Cafés, eFront Invest, and Investment Insights.
- Technical awareness of private market data management solutions.
- Proven process design skills within the private markets domain.
