About The Company

This growing company is a leader in providing low-carbon heating and cooling systems for the building services industry. With a strong focus on decarbonisation, the business is helping to tackle climate change by offering innovative engineering solutions. As a key player in the green economy, they collaborate on diverse projects that span from concept to completion, providing excellent opportunities for engineers to grow and contribute to cutting-edge sustainability efforts.

The Role

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role within our integrated mechanical, electrical, and building services design function. Reporting directly to the M+E Design Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the design and delivery of electrical systems across complex projects — setting design direction, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation in low carbon technologies. This position requires an experienced and confident engineer who can combine deep technical knowledge with strong commercial awareness. You’ll bring strategic thinking to the table, shape early stage concepts, and ensure robust, regulation-compliant systems are delivered to the highest standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
