Overview
A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy within the built environment is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join its growing team in London. The business delivers a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, offering excellent exposure and the opportunity to develop innovative engineering solutions.

Role Responsibilities
- Attend and contribute to client and project meetings
- Produce electrical design calculations using industry software including Amtech, Dialux and Relux
- Develop detailed designs using CAD and Revit
- Present designs for internal and external review
- Undertake condition surveys and technical assessments
- Carry out third party design reviews
- Manage projects from inception through to completion
- Work across a wide range of sectors and project types
- Support delivery of both UK and international projects where required

Project Exposure
Projects span a wide range of sectors including theatres and auditoria, high rise residential, prime residential developments, commercial fit out, healthcare, retail, defence and large-scale international schemes. There may also be opportunities to support overseas projects, depending on individual preference.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in a similar senior electrical design role
- Chartered status or working towards chartership is desirable
- Strong technical design and project delivery experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, proactive and motivated approach to work
