Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Designer

Location: Aberdeen, UK (Both onshore and offshore working required)
Work Style: Hybrid (3 days office/2 days remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: £Negotiable (Offshore uplifts in place)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Designer to support brownfield modification projects within an offshore drilling facilities environment.

The role will involve producing electrical and instrumentation design drawings and deliverables for modifications to existing offshore assets, supporting surveys, fabrication and installation activities, and working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong offshore E&I design experience
  • Previous brownfield modification experience
  • Experience within drilling facilities or offshore platforms
  • Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, E3D, PDMS or similar
  • Valid offshore certification and medical
  • Ability to attend the Aberdeen office on a hybrid basis
