King & Moffatt Building Services are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical packages across large-scale building services projects. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for project performance, including programme delivery, commercial outcomes, quality standards, and client engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success from mobilisation through to commissioning and final handover. Job Description • Lead project mobilisation, planning, and execution across electrical works • Take full ownership of project scope, programme, and delivery targets • Manage and coordinate labour resources, including direct teams and specialist subcontractors • Oversee project progress, maintaining regular reporting on programme status, risks, and mitigation actions • Manage RFIs, technical queries, and submittals to ensure timely resolution and approvals • Identify and manage variations and change control processes • Liaise closely with main contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery • Coordinate procurement of plant, equipment, and materials in line with project requirements • Monitor and drive programme performance, identifying and mitigating delays • Lead commissioning planning and oversee execution to ensure successful system delivery • Manage snagging, quality control, and ensure a high standard of finish • Lead the project handover process, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are complete • Maintain project documentation and communication through K&M systems • Attend and lead project meetings with site teams, subcontractors, and clients • Drive continuous improvement and identify value engineering or innovative solutions Qualifications • Trade or Engineering qualification in Electrical discipline • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in construction or project management within building services • Proven experience delivering large-scale electrical or MEP projects • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project cost control • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Information • Experience delivering projects within sectors such as Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors • Strong understanding of commissioning and project close-out processes • Experience working within a project-based, multi-site environment At King and Moffatt, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation, creativity, and success.
