Job Title: Senior Electronic Design Engineer – High Speed Digital

Location: Colchester (hybrid, 3 days on site)

Salary: £60,000 with generous benefits

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hardware design engineering. Proficiency in CAD tools and a deep understanding of electronic components and systems are crucial. Experience with legacy systems and obsolescence management will set you apart, demonstrating your ability to navigate and update older technologies effectively.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience with analogue and digital design experience
  • Expertise in designing high-speed circuits, with knowledge in any of the following: DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, or other high-speed communication interfaces.
  • Experience with signal integrity and high-speed PCB layout considerations
  • Experience with legacy systems and obsolescence projects
  • Debugging expertise
