An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join a growing technology business at an exciting stage of its product development journey.

Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary engineering team, you'll play a key role in the design and development of next-generation embedded display systems used across industrial and marine applications. This is a genuine opportunity to influence products from initial concept through to production, helping shape the future direction of both hardware design and engineering best practice.

Based in Poole, the company combines the agility of a UK engineering team with the backing of an established international manufacturing organisation, giving engineers the opportunity to work on innovative products with global reach.

The Role

This is a hands-on design position where you'll take ownership of complex electronic hardware development, working closely with software, mechanical and product teams throughout the full product lifecycle.

From refining product requirements through to design validation and production readiness, you'll be involved in every stage of development, ensuring robust, manufacturable and high-performance solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
