Senior Electronics Engineer – Medical Devices
Location: Maidenhead Salary: Circa £70,000 + benefits Working Pattern: Hybrid
I’m recruiting on behalf of my client for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a growing engineering team developing next-generation medical device technology.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of mixed-signal electronics design across the full product lifecycle, from concept through to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mixed-signal electronic systems
- Support schematic capture, PCB layout guidance and board bring-up
- Lead EMC/ESD design, testing and issue resolution
- Support integration across hardware, firmware, optics and software
- Contribute to verification, validation and design transfer into manufacturing

Key Skills
- Strong mixed-signal electronics design experience
- Experience taking products from concept to production
- EMC/ESD design and debugging experience
- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces, sensors or imaging systems
- Experience with schematic and PCB design tools (preferably Altium)
- Understanding of signal integrity, grounding and power design
- Medical device or regulated industry experience would be beneficial
