Senior Electronics Engineer
Senior Electronics Design Engineer (Poole, Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 4-day working week (Mon–Thurs)
Due to continued client success, we are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This opportunity allows a technical leader to drive end-to-end electronics projects—from concept to completion.
This role provides the chance to expand your technical expertise with clear progression paths into Lead and Management positions, as the company invests significantly in employee development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead electronic circuit design, including:
- Schematic capture
- PCB layout design and support
- Testing and validation
- Develop hardware architectures for new and existing products
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with:
- Software teams
- Mechanical teams
- Project managers
- Support customer requirements, documentation, and design reviews

Requirements
- Degree: In Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Experience:
- Strong background in analogue and digital electronics design
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB tools
- Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, or FPGA design
- Key skills:
- Ability to take technical ownership of projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
