Are you an electronics engineer who loves solving complex technical challenges, shaping real-world products, and seeing your designs come to life in the field?

As a Senior Electronics Engineer at A-SAFE, you’ll lead the design and development of hardware across our growing portfolio of IoT sensors and gateway technologies. These products play a critical role in improving safety and efficiency in industrial environments worldwide, and your work will directly influence their performance, reliability, and innovation.

This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role where you’ll work across the full development lifecycle, collaborate closely with mechanical and software teams, and play a key part in defining next-generation connected safety technology.

How you will make an impact:

  • You’ll lead the design, development, and validation of electronic hardware for new and existing IoT products.
  • You’ll challenge system designs, influence architecture, and drive decisions on component selection, RF approaches, sensing strategy, and hardware/software integration.
  • You’ll perform structured testing and debugging, ensuring designs are robust, efficient, and meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
  • You’ll design and maintain production test equipment that ensures hardware is built right, first time.
  • You’ll prepare technical documentation, from schematics and specifications to test plans and reports.
  • You’ll explore new technologies, evaluate emerging components, and help define our future engineering roadmap.
  • You’ll mentor others through best practice, structured reviews, and hands-on problem solving.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with embedded software, mechanical, product design, and cloud teams to deliver integrated, beautifully engineered solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
