About the Role
As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you’ll own the analog and power electronics at the heart of our designs. You’ll lead analog designs from concept through validation, set the design direction, and support the team.
What you’ll Be Doing:
- Take analog and power designs from architecture through to validated, manufacturable reference designs.
- Design analog circuits – architect and design H-bridges, power drive stages and signal-conditioning circuitry from first principles.
- Generate power signals – to control power stages.
- Design current sensing – develop precision current sense and measurement circuits (shunt and Hall-effect) for closed-loop control, monitoring and protection.
- Design power supplies – architect DC-DC conversion and power distribution, from input protection through to point-of-load rails.
- Build reference designs – own reference designs end to end, defining the architecture, trade-offs and specifications others build from.
- Schematic capture & PCB – produce schematics, prototype, and guide PCB layout for analog and power boards (Altium Designer).
- Test & validate – lead board bring-up, characterisation and design validation in the lab, and root-cause issues to closure.
- Design for manufacture – work with manufacturing partners on DFM and production of your designs.
- Mentor & communicate – document and present your work

Who We’re Looking for:


Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- A degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (or related), plus 6–10 years of professional analog and power electronics design experience.
- A proven track record designing H-bridges, current sense circuits and power supplies, ideally taken through to production.
- Deep understanding of analogue circuit design.
- Strong lab skills across board bring-up, characterisation and design validation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a genuine passion for engineering.
Bonus Points if you Have:
- Experience with EV charging, battery systems, or high-current power electronics.
- Strong Altium Designer skills, plus analog simulation (SPICE or similar).
- Programming knowledge in Embedded C and Python to support test and bring-up.
