Role Overview
As a Senior Electronics Technician, you will play a key role in bringing electronic designs to life across our scanning systems. Working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams, you will support the full product lifecycle—from concept and prototyping through to production and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
Design & Prototyping
Build and validate electronic prototypes Create PCB layouts from schematics Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers Develop 3D-printed components where required

Testing & Validation
Develop and execute test plans Use equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
Documentation & Support
Produce CAD drawings and BOMs Support production, commissioning, and field service Contribute to product improvements
Lab & Infrastructure
Maintain the electronics lab and test equipment Manage component libraries and PCB data
Essential
Qualifications
BTEC Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent in Electronic/Electrical Engineering Strong soldering and cable assembly experience Experience with test equipment Experience with PCB software (e.g. Altium)
Desirable
Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering Experience in manufacturing or PCB environments Knowledge of embedded systems, microprocessors, FPGAs 5+ years’ relevant experience
