I'm recruiting for a growing tech business in Cheltenham who are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join the team.
The company designs ruggedized electromechanical products used in harsh environments across the globe.
About the Role
The position involves writing/maintaining mostly low-level embedded code, working directly with the hardware. It's a mix of bare-metal and RTOS environments, requires a good knowledge of the HW/SW interface.

Key Requirements
- ARM/STM microcontroller development in C
- Solid hardware understanding
- Bare-metal and RTOS (any) experience
- Comms protocols (UART/I2C/SPI/LoRa/GPS)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Details
ROLE: Senior Embedded Software Engineer
LOCATION: Cheltenham
SALARY: up to £80,000 (+ benefits)
This is 100% on-site in Cheltenham due to the nature of the work.
