An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, multi-disciplined Employee Benefits Consultant to join a dynamic Employee Benefits team within an established and award-winning Wealth Management business.
Over recent years, the Employee Benefits division has established itself as a leading corporate advisory provider. Its agile and innovative approach, underpinned by strong consultancy skills and reliable support, has enabled the business to grow its client base, which ranges from SMEs to multinational organisations.
The role will involve the ongoing management and development of an existing client portfolio, alongside generating new business opportunities to support the continued growth of the core business proposition.
Due to the diverse range of industries served, the team delivers a broad range of benefits beyond standard risk, pensions and healthcare offerings, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s specific needs.

This flexible approach to consultancy means that this exciting opportunity requires a candidate who is able to work effectively as part of a team and who can contribute to the following:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a portfolio of clients.
- Prepare and draft reports, tender submissions, and other client documentation as required.
- Advise on, tailor, and implement flexible benefits platforms.
- Accurately maintain back-office systems and records.
- Demonstrate experience and understanding of Defined Contribution (DC) group pensions and auto-enrolment legislation.
- Advise on and implement workplace pensions, group risk, and health-related benefits.
- Ensure fees and invoicing are submitted and recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify and develop opportunities for new business.

Essential Requirements
- Professionally qualified to a minimum of a relevant Level 4 qualification.
- Previous experience delivering employee benefits consultancy.
- Ability to manage and develop a portfolio of clients.
- Proven experience identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Knowledge and experience of the core group pension, risk, and health markets and products.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues in both office-based and hybrid environments.
- Ability to maintain professional and collaborative relationships with colleagues across other teams to ensure an effective and positive working environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage personal workloads effectively, ensuring an appropriate level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
