About the Role
The Senior Employee Communications Associate, EMEA plays a pivotal role in planning, developing, and executing employee and executive communication initiatives to engage, inform, and inspire our EMEA population. This strategic and collaborative position offers a rare opportunity to shape how we connect with—and support—our colleagues and talent across the region.
As a bridge between strategy and execution, you’ll:
- Support regional communication plans.
- Manage content creation, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Work across a matrixed organisation to deliver impactful messaging aligned with our company’s purpose and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Campaigns, Programs & Employee Engagement
- Align, develop, and implement:
- Employee and executive engagement programs
- Purpose-driven campaigns to unify employees
- Communication activities supporting employer branding and culture-building
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create local market communication toolkits
Copy, Digital Asset Creation & Platform Management
- Execute content strategies across internal channels, including:
- Intranet (Viva Engage) and weekly newsletters
- Email, digital signage, and social platforms
- Develop visual and multimedia content such as:
- Graphics, videos, podcasts, and campaign toolkits
- Storytelling campaigns connecting employee voices to company strategy
- Draft leadership communications (announcements, briefings, talking points)
Events & Project Management
- Lead planning and delivery of Town Halls, leadership forums, roundtables, and social events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
- Collaborate with external vendors and venue partners
- Track engagement metrics and manage the department budget

Business Alignment
- Ensure department- and regional-level alignment for all initiatives
- Support the EMEA editorial calendar
- Collaborate across a network of cross-organisational partners
Requirements & Profile
- Excellent verbal, written, and editing skills (also strong interpersonal & presentation abilities)
- Technical proficiency in: Adobe Suite, Figma, FirstUp, Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
- Understanding of EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuances (great advantage)
- Strategic mindset: Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Proactive, self-driven problem solver with the ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Collaborative instinct with strong storytelling and relationship management skills
- Proven project management expertise (handling multiple stakeholders)
