Job Description
What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in London, which is responsible for working closely with the Employee Relations Manager, the HR Business Partners, and the HR Services team to provide proactive and commercial HR advice and guidance to the business to assist them in delivering their overall business strategy.
Providing escalation support and coaching to HR Advisers, this role is key to the team's ongoing development.
This is a hybrid working role and may occasionally require some travel between our Bracknell and London office.

- Provide advice and support on end to end employee relations issues, including, but not limited to grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Support with the conduct of investigations into complaints and allegations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Provide support on complex employee relations issues and advise on other employee relations issues including the case management of performance improvement plans, sickness absence management, grievances and disciplinaries etc, escalating as required.
- Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to develop action plans for employee concerns and performance issues.
- Support the ER Manager in monitoring and analysing employee relations trends to recommend proactive solutions and support the HRBP - Policy & Contracts with the development and implementation of ER policies and procedures.
- Deliver training to managers and HR Teams on ER best practices, conflict resolution, and employment law.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice, employment law and current thinking and developments in HR.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities & deliver to deadlines.
- Experience of more complex case management
- Experience of coaching others for their development
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and strong analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- CIPD L5 or equivalent relevant professional qualification.
