We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Partner to join a busy People team in a specialist role for 6 months focused on employee relations, employment compliance, and people risk.
You'll lead a team of People Advisors while providing expert guidance on complex ER matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and organisational change cases. You'll also oversee employment policy updates, maintain the employee handbook, and help ensure a consistent, commercially balanced approach to people matters across the business.

What you'll bring:
- Extensive Employee Relations experience managing complex casework.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employment risk.
- Experience leading or coaching HR/People Advisory teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A pragmatic, commercial approach with strong judgement.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
