The Senior Employer Brand Specialist is responsible for shaping and amplifying how the organisation is perceived as a place to work. This role connects Talent Acquisition marketing, communications translating the company's culture, values, and employee experience into compelling narratives that attract, engage, and convert the right talent. Recruitment marketing is the engine of this role: building always-on campaigns, managing candidate-facing channels, and driving measurable pipeline impact.
This role is hybrid with 2-3 days in our Birmingham HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full recruitment marketing strategy, from awareness through to application, supporting the needs of the Talent Partners across all target talent segments and geographies.
- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across available, professional and social media channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, programmatic job advertising etc to drive qualified applicant flow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
