Senior Employment Associate – Boutique Law Firm, Central London

AJ Chambers are collaborating with a thriving, established boutique law firm in Central London, seeking to expand their employment team with a Senior Employment Associate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex and engaging work alongside top-tier clients, in an exclusive specialist senior executive and partnership practice in London

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years’ PQE (post-qualification experience) in Employment Law, ideally from a London-based firm
  • Proven experience advising:
    • Corporates (employers)
    • Partnerships
    • Senior executives (or similar clients)
  • Must demonstrate:
    • Dedication and strong collaboration in a team setting
    • Commitment to exceptional client outcomes
    • Adaptability and flexibility for determined results
  • Experience in workplace investigations is desirable but not essential
