Senior Employment Associate – Boutique Law Firm, Central London
AJ Chambers are collaborating with a thriving, established boutique law firm in Central London, seeking to expand their employment team with a Senior Employment Associate.
Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ PQE (post-qualification experience) in Employment Law, ideally from a London-based firm
- Proven experience advising:
- Corporates (employers)
- Partnerships
- Senior executives (or similar clients)
- Must demonstrate:
- Dedication and strong collaboration in a team setting
- Commitment to exceptional client outcomes
- Adaptability and flexibility for determined results
- Experience in workplace investigations is desirable but not essential
