What You’ll Be Doing
Leading employment law support across the Liverpool market Advising on complex ER matters, tribunals, and strategy Helping clients stay compliant (and ahead of the curve) Shaping policies, processes and best practice Playing a key role in growing AfterAthena in the region
What We Are Looking For
Senior employment lawyer (ideally 6+ PQE, but we’ll flex for the right person) Someone commercially minded who enjoys client relationships A natural problem-solver who thrives on variety A builder—someone who wants to create, not just maintain
