Senior Associate – Employment | London | 3–7 PQE
Are you an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career?
We are currently working with a highly regarded international law firm seeking to appoint a talented Senior Associate to join its growing Employment team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who is looking to work on high-quality, intellectually stimulating matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The successful candidate will advise a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role offers exposure to complex Employment Tribunal litigation, strategic advisory work, corporate support, organisational restructures, cross-border projects, and senior executive matters.

You'll work closely with recognised leaders in the employment market, gaining early responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–7 years' PQE in Employment Law.
- Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Excellent technical and drafting skills.
- A commercial, pragmatic approach to client service.
- Experience managing client relationships and working autonomously.
- A genuine interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
- The ambition to develop within a leading international employment practice.
