Senior End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative II
Sales Executive - BMS Solutions (Wales)
Mission: To sell BMS Solutions to New End Users across Wales, providing compelling pitches around the Energy Crisis, Modernisation, and Sustainability benefits of BMS and associated technologies.
You will build new and lasting relationships with Estates Managers, Commercial Teams, and C-Suite contacts, establishing a customer base across market segments. You will leverage support from Tendering Engineers, Services, Project, and Commercial teams to complete sales.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Account Development
- Create new leads, including cold and warm contacts, through Business Units and Line of Business relationships.
- Build strong ties with Estates Managers, Commercial Teams, and C-Suite stakeholders to secure €200k+ monthly orders in line with forecasting targets.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, Services, and Ops teams to streamline order approvals, releases, and SAP recognition in compliance with Delegation of Authority in the QMS.

Technical Sales & Solution Proposal
- Proactively pitch BMS solutions to customers, aligning them with Energy Crisis, Modernisation, Sustainability, and Digitisation goals.
- Recommend EcoStruxure, software, connected services, and upsell opportunities (width of wallet).
- Interpret tender specifications and drawings, compiling points lists for proposals.

Account & Pipeline Management
- Maintain effective communication on account progress and pipeline opportunities via timely CRM reporting and weekly meetings with the Regional Sales Manager and Global Team.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Service and Operations teams to preempt and resolve customer issues.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in sales or delivery for BMS or comparable technology (e.g., automation, HCAC).
- Strong business judgment and a track record of results-driven selling.
- A personable, consultative, and persuasive manner, with expertise in:
- Consultative Selling
- Account Management
- Solutions Sales
- Storytelling
- C-Suite strategy discussions
- Customer dialogue techniques
- Ability to:
- Pitch BMS solutions in context with EcoStruxure, Software, Services, Sustainability, and Digitisation.
- Understand tender specifications and technical drawings to draft compelling proposals.
- Develop value propositions tailored to end-user segments (commercial, industrial, and public sectors).
- Full UK driving licence (required for Wales, Bristol, and occasional travel to Coventry, Chippenham, and London).
- Technical knowledge of traditional BMS and HVAC Control, with a forward-thinking mindset for future trends.
- Experience in Engineering/Construction environments, with an existing professional network.
