Join Five Sigma Finance Limited as a Senior Engineer to scale ABIDE, our proprietary analytics and asset management platform. You will build high-impact data pipelines and calculation engines in Python while transitioning into an engineering leadership role. Working directly with the CEO and CTO, you'll shape both product strategy and team culture.

What You Will Do
- Design and maintain core software components, including robust data pipelines, calculation engines, and APIs using Python and Django.
- Drive the technical architecture of the cloud-native SaaS platform to ensure high performance, security, and operational efficiency for institutional clients.
- Mentor engineering team members and champion best practices in code reviews, testing, observability, and continuous delivery to foster technical excellence.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 5-7+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python and data-focused libraries like pandas or Spark.
- Demonstrates a strong background in startup or scale-up environments, showing the adaptability and problem-solving skills needed for fast-moving product development.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills and a desire to grow into leadership, with experience in ETL frameworks, data modeling, and web API design.
