🚨 Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Modern Workplace & Security 🚨
Camberley (Hybrid)
Looking for a genuinely strong Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security Engineer who wants to work across complex customer environments, influence technical direction, and operate as a trusted technical advisor.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role with a strong focus on:
- Microsoft 365 architecture & optimisation
- Entra ID & Conditional Access
- Intune & Endpoint Management
- Microsoft Security stack (Defender / Purview / Sentinel)
- Zero Trust & secure design principles
- Tenant remediation & standardisation
- Copilot, SharePoint & collaboration tooling
- PowerShell & automation
- Customer-facing consulting & technical leadership

You’ll be:
- Leading complex technical projects & escalations
- Designing secure Microsoft environments
- Improving engineering standards & service quality
- Mentoring engineers & sharing best practice
- Supporting migrations & modern workplace transformations
- Working directly with customers at both business & technical levels

Ideal background:
- Strong Microsoft 365 engineering experience
- Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Security expertise
- Experience in MSP or multi-customer environments
- Microsoft security tooling experience
- Comfortable leading conversations with customers
- MS102 / MD102 / SC / AZ certifications highly desirable
