Project Engineer / Senior Engineer
Are you a proactive engineer looking to take the next step in your career and lead complex engineering projects from concept through to completion?
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Senior Engineer to join our team, drive project delivery, and mentor the next generation of talent.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception through to successful completion.
- Performance & Governance: Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to specifications, allocated budgets, and delivery timelines.
- Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Site Excellence: Conduct thorough site inspections, quality assessments, and audits.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate seamlessly with clients, contractors, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Safety & Standards: Drive compliance with industry regulations, technical standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and technical documentation.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in engineering roles such as Site Engineer, Section Engineer, or Senior Engineer.
- Education: Relevant engineering degree (Civil/Structural/Mechanical or equivalent qualification/experience).
- Project Management: Strong project delivery, planning, and resource management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard technical engineering software and digital tools.
- H&S Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
