The Candidate Must
- Have previous experience working on Civil’s projects working on drainage, service/ductwork installation, RC Concrete.
- Must be competent in ordering Material and Rebar.
- Must have previous experience working with designers.
- Monitoring, manage, distribute project information to site Engineers, and ensure accurate setting out and dimensional control is being carried out.
- Ensure the works are constructed to the latest design and agreed Specification.
- Ensure Project QA is being carried out and site diary is maintained.
- Must be competent in Auto Cad, reading drawings, Cut & Fill’s, and quantifying/ordering materials such as Concrete, rebar, drainage/earthworks materials, etc.
- Carry out ITP’s, KPI’s, RFI’s, etc.
- Must be competent in Auto Cad and reading drawings.
- Have excellent communication skills and in distributing project information to work colleagues.
- Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
