Role: Senior Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid – approx. 1 day per month on-site)

Salary: £47,000 - £56,500

Network IT are working with a highly respected organisation to recruit multiple Senior Engineers to join a growing Digital Services function.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on business-critical digital products and platforms, developing modern software solutions within a collaborative, product-led environment. You'll work across a modern technology stack, typically including.NET, Azure, APIs, cloud-native services, and DevOps practices, helping deliver services used at scale across the organisation.

Role Overview

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, delivery, and support of modern software solutions. Working as part of a cross-functional product team, you will contribute to architectural decisions, champion engineering best practices, and help shape the technical direction of critical products and services.

You'll combine hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, mentoring colleagues, driving quality standards, and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable throughout their lifecycle. Working within a build-run-own environment, you'll help deliver and support applications from initial concept through to production and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
