Company Description

Five Sigma Finance is a London-based, technology-driven company focused on delivering innovative solutions to the fixed income marketplace. The organisation provides capital markets and transaction lifecycle advisory services to institutional investors across public and private fixed income assets. These services are powered by a proprietary technology platform designed to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making. Team members collaborate closely with financial institutions and leverage advanced tools to help clients navigate complex fixed income markets and investment opportunities.

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our growing tech team and help scale Abide, our analytics and asset management SaaS platform. This is an opportunity to contribute high-impact changes to our platform as a developer, as well as grow into a managerial role where you’ll work closely with our CEO and CTO to shape both the product and the engineering team.

You’ll work with a team of 10–15 engineers, drive technical excellence, and ensure delivery of a high-performance, scalable application. Alongside hands-on contributions to the platform, you’ll help set priorities, structure how work is delivered, remove blockers, and foster a supportive, high-performing culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
