About the Role
One of our clients is hiring Engineering Experts to train AI in interpreting and solving complex technical problems. As a domain expert, you will:
- Develop rigorous technical prompts
- Assess AI model responses for engineering accuracy
- Ensure frontier AI meets the highest standards in technical reasoning—all on a fully remote, flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models
- Create challenging technical prompts and provide expert-level answers in Electrical Engineering
- Review, evaluate, and rank AI-generated domain-specific responses for accuracy
- Correct AI-generated chains of thought for technical correctness
- Deliver precise written feedback on engineering reasoning and methodology
- Collaborate with the expert community to uphold quality standards

Required Skills
- Strong ability to write clearly and precisely about engineering concepts in fluent English
- Excellent analytical reasoning and keen attention to technical detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Materials Science
- Biomedical Engineering
- Nuclear Engineering
- Engineering Physics
- Proven experience as a practicing engineer, researcher, or in a highly technical/analytical role

Compensation
- Up to $150 USD/hr
- Weekly payments via supported platforms (e.g., PayPal, AirTM)
