Key Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role
Design, develop, and improve software solutions for customers and colleagues from a technology perspective, utilising various engineering methodologies.
Accountabilities

Development & Delivery
- Create and deliver high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimised for performance.

Collaboration & Cross-Functionality
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and technical teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless integration and resolving challenges.

Experience & Technical Requirements

Core Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile practices and cooperation in Dev/Sec/Ops environments, including exposure to CI/CD tools.

Highly Valued Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. OracleDB).
- Experience as a technical lead for application stacks in multi-layered environments.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and manage senior/high-level performers.
