Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor multi-engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery and support sustainable career growth for individuals.
- Collaborate with product and design leaders to define, prioritize, and execute the long-term technical and product strategy.
- Optimize engineering processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and cross-team collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
