Senior Engineering Manager
We are partnered with a leading house builder business to onboard a Senior Engineering Manager to work within their Engineering team. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you will lead the engineering delivery of residential developments from site acquisition through planning, detailed design, construction and final adoption. This is a senior technical and project management role requiring the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst providing clear technical leadership to both internal teams and external consultants.

Ideally you will be professionally qualified, ICE or IStructE is desirable, and you will also be able to demonstrate significant experience within a UK Residential Developer or Engineering Consultancy.
