  • Experience working as a 360-recruitment consultant, with a proven track record of success and experience generating own leads.
  • Thrive in a competitive environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Demonstrate hard work and successful teamwork.
  • Resilient and able to recover from setbacks.
